Reach out to Incus Counselling
Taking the first step can feel daunting, which is why I'd like to make it as easy and comfortable as possible for you to get in touch.
If you're considering counselling, you can reach me by email, text message, or phone. Voicemail operates when I am working, so I can focus on giving my undivided attention to whoever I am working with. I will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a free, confidential, no-obligation phone call to discuss your needs and expectations, and to talk about whether I would be the right fit for you.
